Discover more about the fascinating people who have visited Street
Put your creative spark to work!
This August, we will be delving into the archive in order to find out more about some of the people who visited Street a hundred years ago.
Together we will create a huge globe and a map of Great Britain using recycled materials and using copies of original archival material we will explore some of the people, places and ideas that travelled to Street and highlight the important role our town played at a time of great social and political change.
This is a FREE drop-in activity – just pop along and use your imagination to help bring history to life.
The workshops will be held on the front lawn of the Grange.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
