Room Hire

The historic Grade II listed Grange in the heart of Street, Somerset is the perfect place to hold your meeting, training, exhibition or party. Set in beautiful grounds adjacent to bustling Clarks Village Shopping Outlet, we are an oasis of calm for your event.

We have four rooms, two of which can host up to 40 people (depending on layout). All room hire includes complimentary Wi-Fi, projector and whiteboard use.

Our grounds are also available to hire for your special outdoors event. Prices are available on request.

We will always try to exceed your expectations and are flexible to work with you on any meeting or event.

Opening Hours

Facilities are available to hire between 8.30am – 5pm. Bookings outside of these hours can always be accommodated, please contact us for details.

Accessibility

Two of our rooms are located on the first floor, which is accessed via a staircase.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift or alternative access.

Refreshments and Catering

Tea, coffee and biscuits from       £2.75 per person, per serving

Sandwich lunch               from      £7.00 per person

Light buffet lunch           from       £8.00 per person

Prices

Prices are available on request and start from £125 for a half day and £250 for a full day.
