The historic Grade II listed Grange in the heart of Street, Somerset is the perfect place to hold your meeting, training, exhibition or party. Set in beautiful grounds adjacent to bustling Clarks Village Shopping Outlet, we are an oasis of calm for your event.
We have three rooms, which can host 2 to 35 people, and include complimentary Wi-Fi, projector and whiteboard use.
Our grounds are also available to hire for your special outdoors event. Prices are available on request.
We will always try to exceed your expectations and are flexible to work with you on any meeting or event.
Facilities are available to hire between 8.30am – 5pm. Bookings outside of these hours can always be accommodated at an extra cost.
All of our rooms are located on the first floor, which is accessed via a staircase.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift or alternative access.
Prices are per item, per ½ day/ full day.

‘DIY’ room hire is also available whereby you can set up the room, catering and equipment as you wish. You would be charged a reduced cost for the room hire, as all of the arrangements will be completed by you.

Suitable for up to 10 people, hold board-style meetings in this room overlooking the orchard and with glimpses of Glastonbury Tor.
Suitable for up to 35 people (dependent on room layout), this room can be arranged according to your needs. Complimentary equipment in this room includes the use of the projector, Wi-Fi and whiteboard.
Suitable for only 1-4 people, this room can be used for break-out activities and individual meetings or it can be hired as a temporary office space.
Suitable for up to 40 people (dependent on room layout), this room can be arranged according to your needs. Complimentary equipment in this room includes the use of the projector, Wi-Fi and whiteboard.

The grounds of the Grange can be used as part of your room booking, and includes picnic tables and easy access to the Clarks Village food court. For larger events using the grounds, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
